Acupuncture

An ancient healing modality stimulates the body's natural healing mechanisms, promoting pain relief, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

What is it?

Acupuncture is an effective treatment for more than a hundred symptoms and disorders. For many of these disorders, multiple research papers were published to prove the positive effect of acupuncture as shown in control clinical trials. However, East Asian medicine treatment methods have been tried and tested for over 2000 years, and as such they are trustworthy tools for patients to look up when their body contracts a disease or needs to re-balance.

What we offer

  • Pain Relief Acupuncture

Pain Management Acupuncture is a form of acupuncture that brings instant relief to patients experiencing pain. The treatment involves inserting needles in distant areas from the site of pain. It is suitable for different types of pain such as overstrain injuries, chronic or acute musculoskeletal problems, and arthritis. Patients often experience immediate relief from pain after one session, but follow-up sessions are recommended for chronic problems with a gradual reduction in pain intensity.

    Treatment time(s): Initial 60-mins with consultation / Follow-up 60-mins

    Donations: Initial: £75 / Follow-up £65

  • Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a method of treatment that stands out by its vast harmonising action on the bodily systems. This is accomplished through the complex effect of inserting needles into acupuncture points and their synergic combinations while controlling blood flow throughout organs and tissues.

Also by working with concepts that are still not so well understood if measured by conventional methodologies, like the flow of Qi within energetic pathways in the body or removing cold or heat pathogens.

    Treatment time(s): Initial 75-mins with consultation / Follow-up 60-mins

    Donations: Initial £85 / Follow-Up £70

  • Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic acupuncture is a non-invasive treatment that targets wrinkles, improves complexion tone, and prevents skin sagging. The procedure involves inserting very fine needles to improve muscle tone, blood circulation, and collagen production in the face. To achieve a comprehensive anti-aging strategy, the whole body is also treated alongside face sculpting. It is recommended to have 4-6 sessions weekly or fortnightly, followed by once-a-month treatments every six weeks.

    Treatment time(s): Initial 90-mins / Follow-up 75-mins

    Donations: Initial £125 / Follow-up £95

  • Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a therapeutic method in Chinese and East Asian medicine that uses moxa, small sticks or cones made from dried and ground mugwort leaves, to warm points on the body and relieve conditions such as joint pain, indigestion, and menstrual cramps. It can be used in indirect or direct forms and provides therapeutic heat and warmth without pain. Moxibustion can also support immunity and reduce pain and inflammation by increasing white blood cell count. It is included in most acupuncture treatments and is a free addition.
