Your consultation via Telehealth is private and confidential, just as they are in clinic, and scheduled at a date and time suitable for you.

Full access to practitioner-only prescribed medicines and supplements, as part of your comprehensive treatment plan can be delivered straight to your door for added convenience.

All major credit cards are accepted through our online secure Stripe payment gateway, which operates under the most stringent level of certification available.

All you need is any smart device, computer, tablet or phone. For many of you it is not possible to visit us in person as you may live abroad. On booking your appointment, our management system will send you an automated link to connect with us online, on the day of your consultation. You will receive an online questionnaire and consent form to complete and return via email prior your appointment.

Or, why not pop in and see us in our London o Hertfordshire clinics for a face-to-face consultation. Diagnostics such as blood pressure, pulse, Sp02, urine analysis will carried out. Where necessary laboratory testing may be advised on the day.

What can I expect from my consultation?

Initial Naturopathic Consultation:

May last between 60-90 minutes. The naturopathic approach is built on an individualised treatment plan, which means completing a thorough health system questionnaire. This will be emailed out to you along with a consent form. to complete and return via email, prior your initial consultation.  The more Information we know about you and your health concern(s), the more we can devise strategies to better help you. 

During this visit we will take a full medical history, including the different aspects of your symptoms, prior medical history, family history, other constitutional symptoms, medicines and supplements you are taking, your goals and any other concern you might have.

Expect to answer questions about your diet, lifestyle, stress level, supplementation/medication, and environment. Following this, diagnostics - pulse, blood pressure, urine analysis - will be taken.


Follow-up Naturopathic Consultation:

May last between 30-60 minutes. During this visit we will focus on how you responded to the implemented treatment plan, track improvement or worsening of various symptoms, followed by a brief physical exam, where necessary. For most patients, follow-up visits are recommended every 4 weeks, if working with a chronic disorder. Acute issues may require you see us weekly or fortnightly to ensure a complete return to health. Generally, most patients will check in with us every 3-6 months, if working with health maintenance or preventative medicine.

    Aliyyaa is the founder of Hope Spring Clinic and has extensive expertise in both natural and technologically advanced treatments, and modalities. Renowned amongst her fellow peers to optimise the slogan ‘prevention is better than cure’, she works diligently to educate patients about their dis-ease process. The patient-practitioner relationship is of most importance to Aliyyaa, and she brings to each consultation a warm empathic personality with a willingness to listen to the broad cross-section of patients seen on a day-to-day basis.

    Growing up in a family with multiple cancer diagnoses, Aliyyaa also works with medical oncologists to provide multimodal approaches to cancer therapy, helping our oncology patients achieve the best quality of life possible, and gain access to the latest advanced alternative complementary treatments.

    Aliyyaa is also a member, researcher and co-author for the OTC Natural Advisory Board to Haleon (formerly GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Consumer Healthcare), and Past President of the General Council and Registered Naturopaths (GCRN) and the British Naturopathic Association (BNA)

    London’s most experienced Certified Clinical Thermographer, Loulla Antoniou, is a valued member of the Hope Spring Clinic team.

    A Certified Clinical Medical Thermographer, with experience using the medical grade Flir thermal camera, and Total Vision™ software for non- invasive thermal imaging, Loulla’s brings anability to integrate the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual is second nature.

    Also, a registered licentiate homeopathic practitioner in homeopathic biopuncture, she brings over 20 years’ experience and knowledge that extends to bringing awareness to a healthy approach to beauty and aesthetics.

    Her preferred natural minimal treatment application as a certified aesthetic practitioner along with mesotherapy and sound medicine brings a fresh new perspective and approach.

    Consultant Physician in General (Internal) and Stroke Medicine (Advisor)

    Dr Evangelos Vasileiadis graduated from Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece and completed his training in the UK. He remains Consultant Physician in Hillingdon Hospital, West London and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.

    During his time at the stroke service, Dr Vasileiadis secured external funding for implementing artificial intelligence (AI) as part of the stroke work-up, putting his trust at the top of the stroke diagnostic approach. The TIA (mini stroke) Services in his trust, were awarded the Gold Star in the annual Stroke Network Assessments, for two consecutive years. Hillingdon was the first trust in London to get this award.

    Dr Vasileiadis brings his wealth of experience to HSC in overlooking and writing all prescriptions for IV Infusions, to ensure patient safety.

    Maria is a fully insured and competent IV Specialist, Phlebotomist and Aesthetic practitioner who is passionate about nutrition and learning how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

    Her journey as an IV Specialist and Phlebotomist to-date has involved working in private clinics and hospitals seeing up to 80 patients a day.

    Maria’s is experienced in supporting cancer patients, Lyme disease patients, fertility patients and many more.

    Acupuncturist

    Katerina gained her first postgraduate diploma in acupuncture in 2014. Since then, she has worked in various clinics across London and ran a busy international clinic.

    A specialises in pain management, Katerina will use methods that may give instant pain relief by inserting acupuncture needles in distant sites from the location of pain. However, as each person is unique, each treatment is tailored accordingly, no matter what condition you present with.

    Acupuncture is renowned for treating a broad range of conditions and symptoms, from skin conditions, digestive disorders, and sleep problems to high blood pressure, palpitations, urinary tract infections, period pain, migraines, shortness of breath and many others.

    The additional knowledge of moxibustion and Chinese nutrition are additional effective tools.

    Sports Therapist/Rehabilitation/Physical Medicine

    Aaron brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to Hope Spring Clinic and you the client. Friendly and dedicated, Aaron’s approach is to facilitate the prevention of further injury, stress management and rehabilitation to an optimum level of functionality and fitness whatever the cause.

    Treatment focus includes full postural assessment (looking into work and home environment), one-to-one rehabilitation programmes, including stroke patients. Advanced sports massage, correction, strapping and taping.

    A keen rugby player and mixed martial artist, Aaron is registered with the Sports Therapy Association (STA) and on the PSA accredited voluntary register, ensuring a commitment to high standards, safety and a better service.

    Hypnotherapist

    Jennifer Da Presa holds a Master's Degree in Hypnotherapy and Psychology, focusing on weight loss, trauma, stress, anxiety and much more.

    With a warm and caring personality, throughout her career Jennifer has helped many patients to resolve complicated chronic issues and often acute symptoms, that present during difficult times. Taking you by the hand, she will gently guide you through the changes that you would like to achieve.

    In order to optimise change for our patients Jennifer promotes the interaction between naturopathy, nutrition and hypnotherapy, to ensure a balanced outcome.

    Jennifer is fluent in French and English.

    Ala is a registered Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath with a passion for health and well-being, working to support and advise our patients in nutritional therapy. She is professionally trained to analyse and understand scientific research, terminology and the mechanism/effects of nutrients in the body.

    Ala takes great pride in creating a positive client experience and will be here to support you on your client journey, as well as, helping to manage our busy clinic.
