Hope Spring Clinic is a naturopathic clinic providing holistic healthcare, with a focus on integrative oncology symptom support for individuals diagnosed with cancer, receiving or contemplating treatment, and seeking survivorship with the best quality of life.

With the future of healthcare changing dramatically and rapidly, we draw upon the latest technological advancements in Western complementary medicine and evidence-based research. Amongst the many patients seen by our team we also support those experiencing other complex and chronic diseases that are common in today’s modern society. We take the time sit with you to establish what may work for you and your unique circumstances and are proud to be very patient-centred in our approach. Every consultation is conducted within a warm, non-judgemental and safe environment, where patient autonomy is encouraged.

Strategically based within the Health Optimising environment, our patients have access to state of the art technologies that measure thousands of parameters; to see the fullest picture and evaluate homeostasis. Additional technologies stimulate intrinsic self-regulatory and self-healing mechanisms so that problems don’t reappear. Only Health Optimising Clinics have the full combination of technologies and the methodology to combine them to achieve outstanding results, ensuring an exceptional health service.

Cancer treatment side-effects addressed at Hope Spring include fatigue, pain, weight loss, mucositis, nausea and vomiting, diarrhoea or constipation, dermatitis and peripheral neuropathy. Our focus however, is always to first treat the person for whom the disease has taken hold and not the cancer or illness. Addressing the psychological, nutritional, physiological and spiritual needs of our patients collectively is fundamental to nurturing an improved quality of life and peace of mind.

There were an estimated 2.5 million people living with cancer in the UK in 2015, rising to 4 million by 2030; an increase of almost half a million in the last five years (Br J Cancer 2012). 38% of these cases are preventable.

The good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease.
